Keith Laird
Vice President, Leasing
Keith Laird is the Vice President, Leasing for Poag. In his role he leads the overall real estate and tenanting strategy for Poag’s portfolio of lifestyle centers.
He brings 32 years of leasing experience to Poag. Prior to joining he served as EVP of Leasing for The Howard Hughes Corporation where he was responsible for all aspects of leasing for the company’s operating centers and redevelopment projects, including managing a staff of leasing professionals. Prior to HHC he served as EVP of Leasing at both Vintage Real Estate and Westfield.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Upsala College and is a 32 year member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
