POAG ADDS SHOPS AT HIGHLAND VILLAGE TO ITS DYNAMIC PORTFOLIO OF LIFESTYLE CENTERS

Poag Shopping Centers today announces the addition of The Shops at Highland Village in Highland Village, Texas into its portfolio of properties.  The company will take over leasing, management and marketing of the 390,000 sf multi-use lifestyle center in the northwest suburb of Dallas effective January 1, 2020.

The center’s highly visible and dominant location sits at the heart of a two million square foot retail hub serving the affluent communities of Argyle, Lantana, Highland Village and Flower Mound, Texas.  The Shops at Highland Village consists of 360,000 sf of retail, 30,000 sf of office space and is anchored by a 38,350-square-foot Whole Foods Market, AMC Highland Village 12 featuring The IMAX Experience and Barnes & Noble.  The Shops at Highland Village hosts a strong collection of national retailers including Victoria’s Secret, Chico’s, LOFT, Banana Republic, White House | Black Market and Talbots.  Additionally, the center has a robust restaurant lineup with a strong mix of fast casual and full-service options.
