New Amenities at The Promenade Shops at Briargate

The Promenade Shops at Briargate continues to expand its offering to customers in Colorado Springs. In addition to fine shops and restaurants that can’t be found anywhere else in Southern Colorado, a center-wide renovation is now complete.

The center now offers a patio area where shoppers can relax and take in the magnificent view of America’s mountain, Pikes Peak. The patio features soft seating, fire pit, bocce ball court, yard games and a fountain water feature. Additional soft seating and benches throughout compliment new landscaping making the center an enjoyable place to shop, dine and linger.
