A FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS AT THE SHOPS AT VALLEY SQUARE

The Shops at Valley Square welcomed Chabad Lubavitch of Doylestown to celebrate the first night of Chanukah in our Town Square on December 22nd.  After Rabbi Prus conducted the ceremonial lighting of the menorah, the children enjoyed a gelt drop.  Over 5,000 pieces of chocolate ‘coins’ were dropped from a cherry picker to the enthusiastic crowd below followed by twenty parachuting dreidels!  One lucky dreidel was worth $200 in Valley Square gift cards.  After the ceremony, the festive crowd of 350 enjoyed latkes, donuts and hot beverages compliments of Chabad Lubavitch.
